I am massively in love with food and all of it’s complexities, from cooking to savoring meals I’ve been lucky enough to be graced with experience while out traveling. Gumba has without question been the most rustic, delicious, tastes-like-it-was-made-from-scratch foodtrucks I’ve experienced.

Pasta with chili, sweet carmalized onion, and fresh cream and mozzerella, wow! Just a little bit of sweetness to an otherwise savory dish.
Olive Oil Eggplant Cake!
The eggplant is subtle. Blackened on top, dense, moist, balanced in savory and sweet.
